Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.
Pack and Ship
Place your sunglasses in their original protective case and packaging, attach the label to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
